Overview
Urban Condo Club began with a simple question. What if student living was not only about finding a room, but about feeling connected from day one. The challenge was to design a brand and digital system that supports orientation, belonging and interaction in everyday student life. From the start, the focus was on how design and digital touchpoints could lower barriers, create trust and make community feel intuitive rather than forced.
The user interface of the UCC app was designed as a central hub for daily life. Clear navigation, calm visuals and a reduced structure help users find information quickly, connect with others and participate in community activities without friction. In parallel, the brand identity was developed to feel approachable, youthful and distinctive. Campaign ideas extended the system beyond the app, translating the brand into social content, on-site communication and launch moments that feel playful, inclusive and memorable.
